GUI for CMS Phase 2 Tracker Upgrade

This is the Grading GUI for CMS Tracker Phase2 Acquisition & Control Framework (Ph2_ACF) to serve both expert and non-expert testers. The main functionalities of this software include:

• Automatic module testing setup, control and execution
• Visualization and quality estimation for module testing results
• Database communication for module test and quality tracking
